  4. What makes Enervillas energy-efficient?  Enervillas are built to Passive House Premium standards, offering exceptional comfort, constant fresh air, and minimal environmental impact, while producing more energy than they consume.

  5. Are there laundry facilities?  Yes, each villa includes a fully equipped laundry area for your convenience.

  6. How close is the beach?  The nearest beach is just a short walk away (approximately 700 meters).

  7. Are there activities nearby?  Yes, the area offers a variety of options including beaches, family-friendly activities, and day trips such as Kalogria and Strofilia forest.

  15. What are the check-in and check-out times?  Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

  16. Is smoking allowed inside the villas?  Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may use the outdoor areas.

  17. What is the cancellation policy?  We offer a flexible cancellation policy, with free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival (depending on booking terms).
